AT CHECK-IN Submit the identification documents of all guests, adults and children, who have booked in the Hotel. For online reservations, with a credit card as guarantee, the balance of the stay can be requested at check-in.
ROOM DELIVERY CHECK-IN: from 3 P.M., CHECK-OUT by 10.30 A.M. If you arrive after 8 P.M you can notify by mail or telephone.
POLICY OF CANCELLATION In case of cancellation of the stay up to 15 days before arrival there is no penalty. In case of cancellation of the stay up to 6 days before arrival there is a penalty equal to 50% of the cost of the booked stay In case of cancellation/ changes of the stay less than six days before check-in there is a penalty of 100%. In case of no-show arrival will be charged 100%.
EARLY DEPARTURE The guest who anticipates the departure, will have to pay a penalty equal to 100% of the remaining amount of the stay.
